Business and Intellectual Property Authority

In an effort to improve service delivery and ensure the effective administration of business and intellectual property rights (IPRs) registration, the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) has been established under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. BIPA is an autonomous entity currently established in terms of Section 21 of the Companies Act, pending the enactment of the enabling legislation to transform it into a fully-fledged agency.

Namibia Medicines Regulatory Council
